People often confuse stress with anxiety but there is a difference between the two. Stress is any demand on your brain or physical body. Any event or scenario that makes you feel nervous or frustrated can trigger it, common symptoms of stress include, dizziness, muscle tension, digestive issues, headaches, increased sweating, feeling of overwhelm or restlessness.
On the other hand anxiety is a feeling of fear, worry or unease. While it can occur as a reaction of stress, it can also happen without any obvious trigger. Anxiety is a feeling of fear or dread. It might cause you to sweat feel a rapid heartbeat. It’s normal to feel anxious about moving to a new place, starting a new job or taking a test. This type of anxiety is unpleasant but it can motivate you to work harder and do a better job. Ordinary anxiety is a feeling that comes and goes but doesn’t interfere with your everyday life , but if the case is anxiety disorder the feeling of fear maybe with you all the time. a. Physical stress
