Boswellia serrata is one of the ancient and most valued herbs in Ayurveda. “Gajabhakshya”, a Sanskrit name.

Often used by yoga instructors, naturopaths, and other healers to inspire mindfulness and balance by frankincense oil.

How to use? 

Add a few drops of oil with water to an oil diffuser/humidifier.

Add a few drops to your steamer for inhalation.          

Dilute 3-4 drops of essential oil with any good quality carrier oil.
