How to use? 

Start using Freiheit, 7 days prior to your expected menstrual cycle date.

Apply 2-3 drops on your naval, another 2-3 drops, 4 fingers below the navel, and gently massage in circular motions.

Apply to the lower abdomen along with a heating pad
